Estate planning is a priority for many clients now.  We will handle your estate plan needs remotely – including video signings that are fully compliant with statewide remote signing requirements.  If there is an emergency need to come in to the office, we have procedures in place that comply with Governor Whitmer’s orders and are designed to protect your health and ours.

Families will still need to handle post-death administration, and we are up-to-date on probate court procedures and other post death matters, including handling cremation and burial, protecting assets including real estate and working with clients who cannot handle matters directly because of the stay-at-home orders or self-quarantine.
